Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. Being adjacent to the main road had its drawbacks, but the convenience of having intended for coffee was a plus. The elevator issue was a bit of a hassle, but the safety vault and wardrobe with hangers were lifesavers for us.

The hotel's rooms are wide, clean, and very organized, but there was an elevator issue that was a challenge to people who needed it more. The service was very accommodating, especially when requesting early check-in or late check-out. The location is a plus being in the center of Baguio, near major highway and markets, although power cuts can be a drawback. The dining experience is commendable with buffet-style options. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with some minor inconveniences to consider.
